Food connoisseurs can delight their taste buds when the Latitude restaurant at Taj Samudra serves up authentic Australian flavours featuring Chef William Cowper from the land down under this October.

William Cowper is senior sous chef at Otto Ristorante, one of Australia’s most famous restaurants, set on the iconic Finger Wharf alongside BLUE Sydney, a Taj Hotel. Chef Cowper joined Otto in 2005, having attended one of Sydney’s most prestigious private boys’ schools and pursued his passion for food, studying at the Ryde College’s fabled hospitality training centre.

In this sensory feast, Australia’s fine meats and seafood are the main attraction. Indulge in fresh Tasmanian seafood, such as salmon, lobster, and crabs. Treat your taste buds to many classic Australian dishes such as pork chops with cabbage and onion marmalade, or roast chicken stuffed with apples and sausages.

Sip on champagne, cool-climate wine, peat-distilled malt whiskies and boutique beers. Devour pastries filled with fresh vegetables or dishes prepared with lamb and veal. Try desserts made with apples and cherries or the classic Australian plum and chocolate mousse cake, macadamia nut pudding with coffee sauce, the ever famous Aussie sticky toffee pudding and so much more.

This will be an event not to be missed! Drop by the Latitude for dinner to experience the gastronomic delights of Australia. The promotion will be on until 16 October. Call 2446622 for reservations.
