The Bay Leaf Restaurant never fails to excite you each month with its special promotions featuring authentic Italian cuisine. It takes you on a journey through Italy this month when it presents you the flavors of Central Italian Regional cuisine as its monthly promotion.

 Italy’s regions are as diverse as they are steeped in centuries-old culture and tradition and in its culinary journey through Italy it focuses on the Central Regional cuisine highlights.



The Bay Leaf offers Gnochetti con Orapi e peperoncino: potato gnocchi with spinach and hot pepper, tomato and a touch of cream, agnello olle olive: stewed lamb with olives, peppers and baked beans, served with mash potato and sautéed vegetables, spada all marinara: marinated grilled sword fish with seafood sauce, anchovies and capers, and peppardelle con funghi e penccita – home- made flat black olive pasta tossed with mushroom, bacon, spinach and tomato, for the promotion.

The desserts are typical italian favorites such as pannacotta, tiramisu, zabaglione to peaches and cream pavlova, orange lime crepes and amaretto nougat cheese soufflé among the delectable many.
