The main promotion for Valentine’s Day would be ‘Your Valentine Dines For Free’; featuring a sumptuous international dinner at Verandah Bistro specially crafted by renowned Executive Chef Priyal Wijesuriya.
The couple receives a complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival; the elaborate dinner buffet will consist of ‘Fresh Oyster Bar with Condiments’, ‘Fresh herb crusted Sea Bass with Lemongrass Curry Emulsion’, ‘Slow Cooked Sliced Lamb with Dry Fruit Chutney and Feta Crumble’, ‘Slow Roasted Duck Pan Cake with Plum Sauce’ and much more.
