Cabinet nod for new Commercial High Court

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal presented by the Justice, Prisons Affairs and Constitutional Reforms Minister to establish a new Commercial High Court to ensure expeditious disposal of the existing backlog of commercial matters.
