Colombo Security Conclave members sign landmark charter to establish regional secretariat

In a major step towards strengthening regional security cooperation, the Member States of the Colombo Security Conclave (CSC)—Sri Lanka, India, Maldives, and Mauritius—signed the Charter and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the CSC Secretariat at a ceremony held today at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo.
