Fuel prices on the rise based on Singapore Platts: State Minister

State Minister of Power and Energy  D. V. Chanaka said in Parliament  that the prices of petroleum products were on the rise based on Singapore Platts and the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation was incurring a loss of Rs.12 for a litre of diesel and Rs. 22 for a litre of kerosene.
