India hands over substitute Dornier-228 maritime surveillance aircraft to Sri Lanka

Commemorating the 77th Independence Day, Indian High Commissioner Gopal Baglay officially handed over a substitute Dornier-228 maritime surveillance aircraft to President’s Senior Advisor on National Security, Sagala Ratnayake yesterday (16 Aug).
