Japan grants 284 million JPY for HR development scholarships 2023 programme

The Japanese government has agreed to provide 284 million Japanese yen (Approx. Rs. 611 million) to the second batch of the fourth time frame of the Japanese aid programme for human resource development scholarships 2023 programme.
