President attends grand Randoli Perahera of Kandy Esala festival

The final Randoli Perahara of the esteemed Esala Perahara festival of Sri Dalada Maligawa in Kandy paraded the streets on Wednesday night (Aug. 30), bringing the festival to a successful draw.
