Rotary awards 500 IT scholarships to study in Philippines

500 ICT scholarships worth Rupees 2 billion for the youth of  Sri Lanka has been conceptualised by two Rotary Clubs from Sri Lanka and the Philippines to Jump start the Sri Lankan economy with a leading education Campus in Cebu, Philippines .
