STF arrests Illicit gem miners in Maheliya Forest Reserve

19 people engaged in illicit gem mining had been arrested during a raid on an illegal gem mining site in the Mahaeliya Forest Reserve, the Maskeliya STF Camp Commander IP D.H.M.S.Dissanayake said.
