Sri Lanka Army Commander Visits Top Military School in Russia

Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Sri Lanka Army General Shavendra Silva, currently on a visit to the Russian Federation on an invitation from his counterpart, was invited to the Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School.
