Sri Lanka Army returns home after successful Mali operation, earning 14.5 billion rupees

In a significant achievement, the Sri Lanka Army troops deployed for peacekeeping duties in Mali under the United Nations have returned home. The deployment, which included 1,099 Officers and Other Ranks along with 14 staff Officers, concluded with substantial contributions both in peacekeeping and economic gains for Sri Lanka.
