Sugar to be sold at Sathosa outlets at reduced rates

State Minister of Cooperative Services Lasantha Alagiyawanna said today that the price of sugar will be reduced from next Wednesday. He said a kilo of brown sugar will sell at Rs. 130 a kilo while the price of white sugar too will be reduced and sold through the Sathosa outlets. He said the necessary stocks have been collected from the companies importing sugar.
