Marking a significant milestone for dental care in Sri Lanka, Dantaja Premium Dental Chambers has launched ‘Dantaja on Wheels’, the mobile medical clinic.

Held at the prestigious Bandaranaike International Conference Hall premises in Colombo, this momentous event was graced by the esteemed presence of the Minister of Tourism, Lands, Sports, and Youth Affairs Harin Fernando.

The introduction of ‘Dantaja on Wheels’ represents a groundbreaking leap in oral healthcare accessibility across Sri Lanka.

“For the first time in our nation’s history, individuals have the unprecedented opportunity to receive premium oral health services delivered directly to their doorstep. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by expert doctors, our luxurious mobile bus features two treatment seats, ensuring comfort and convenience for every patient,” Dantaja Premium Dental Chambers said.

“Our target audience encompasses Ministries, Corporations, Authorities, Government institutions, private institutions, private universities, international schools, factories, and exhibition grounds. Starting tomorrow, the ‘Dantaja on Wheels’ mobile oral health service bus will embark on a journey to bring quality dental care to cities, villages, and institution premises nationwide.”

Dantaja Premium Dental Chambers and ‘Dantaja on Wheels’ pioneering specialist Dr. Lakmal Kulasekara said: “What we are doing is not just operating a dental clinic. We provide treatment and care services related to oral health, addressing certain deformities that may arise due to accidents or even birth. Here, the highest technology currently utilised in the world, modern medical equipment, and expertly trained staff, along with hospitality services, ensure a very high standard of service, perhaps more efficiently than even the most advanced countries in the world.”

‘Dantaja on Wheels’ is Sri Lanka’s first dental health service bus, uniquely designed with two comfortable seats, moving from city to city. We visit relevant locations, conducting thorough teeth examinations from morning to evening and providing comprehensive medical reports about all detected diseases on the same day. This enables individuals to identify any dental issues promptly and seek treatment either through us or another dental clinic before the problem escalates. This proactive approach is advantageous for companies as it allows for the resolution of dental issues before they worsen. Moreover, the costs are minimised as we bring our services directly to the individual, eliminating the need for travel expenses and saving time.

For a long time, dental health services in Sri Lanka lacked a recognisable brand. Even when present, they were often associated with individual doctors. However, ‘Dantaja’ represents a premium dental brand, offering unparalleled quality and service.”

“At Dantaja, we are committed to revolutionising dental care and improving the oral health of communities across Sri Lanka. ‘Dantaja on Wheels’ represents our dedication to innovation, accessibility, and excellence in dental services. We look forward to serving you and your oral health needs, wherever you may be,” Dr. Kulasekara added.
