The Aesculap Academy, the learning arm of B Braun, collaborated with the College of Medical Administrators of Sri Lanka to create a tailor-made learning experience for leaders in the medical fraternity.
This was the second intake of this program, which has successfully trained and upskilled over 80 Doctors over the past years.
This year, prior to the award ceremony, a panel was moderated by PR expert Nadiya De Lanerolle, featuring business leader Dian Gomes, Bartleet Produce Marketing CEO Shanaka Yasarathne, Eskimo Fashion Knit Wear CEO Indika Liyanahewage and B Braun Sri Lanka and Maldives Managing Director Dr. Nathalie de Dieuleveult. The aim of the panel was to utilise stories of the panelists on lean and agile processes from their industries to inspire productivity amongst the medical leaders present. Topics covered included mutual respect amongst peers, accessibility to opportunities across hierarchies, inculcating positivity and drive, B Braun’s plans to continue to upskill medical practitioners and tackling a migrating workforce. The event culminated in an award ceremony and gala cocktail.
