Golden Key Hospital’s revamped website facilitates doctor appointments

The website of the Golden Key Hospital has been revamped with improved functionality and a new look and feel, enabling visitors to make appointments with consultants online as well as to access more information on the hospital’s facilities and services. 

The revamp has enhanced the user-friendliness of the website, accessible at www.goldenkeyhospitals.com, and is expected to increase user interaction to access information about the services and treatment offered, the hospital said. 

Patients can now check the standard visiting days and times of consultants through a ‘Doctor Calendar’ prior to making appointments, eliminating the need for phone calls or a visit to the hospital for that purpose. They may also inquire on investigations and access information on additional services offered by the hospital.  

A visitor to the revamped website will find that the design and layout have been refreshed to address health priorities and information needs from a patient’s perspective. This will assist a visitor or patient to make a decision on treatment without undue delay, the hospital said. 

The website enhances the user experience while offering new features including ‘health tips’ relating to the eye, ear, nose and throat. These health tips are updated regularly, enabling visitors who use the web site to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The website is also informative for prospective patients, giving access to a complete list of eye and ENT conditions as well as surgeries and treatments for them.
