Harcourts unveiled a new corporate logo and a separate logo for its cosmeceuticals Division sigma life styles, at a staff and media gathering on 5 January 2013.

Harcourts has entered its Silver jubilee year on 1 January 2013. A series of developmental changes have been planned for the entire year.
The year long program will culminate in a grand finale on 1 January 2014 the Silver jubilee anniversary day.
The change in the logos have been necessitated by the shift in the company’s diversification from a purely pharmaceutical group to the current complexion of being a diversified multi-disciplinary group, engaged in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals and neutraceuticals, drug retailing, sports and fitness nutrition and education.
The new logo depicts the three main areas of the company’s operation; Wellness (pharmaceuticals), fitness (nutrition) and life style (cosmetics and personal care).
The Logo was conceptualised by a creative group from inside and outside the company. Addressing the gathering after unveiling the logo Harcourts group Chairman Ahamed Rheyas, traced down the journey of the company from a one-man enterprise to its current composition of more than 700 employees.
The youngest Director of Harcourts group Rishard Rheyas, who is a management student in the US made a presentation on ‘Current perspectives in management’.
