Pharma Promoters Association looks forward to an exciting 2011/2012

The Pharma Promoters Association which celebrates its Silver Jubilee this year 2011/2012 has planned an array of exciting events for its membership, the Pharma marketing fraternity.

The association chartered in 1986, has been in existence for the last 25 years and been successful in achieving true sense of togetherness amongst the pharmaceutical marketing fraternity.

The membership has benefited immensely in varied spheres as a result of the programmes conducted and implemented by PPA. In its 2011/2012 calendar, amongst the numerous activities planned outdoor sports festival and a ‘Quiz Nite’ are highlights.

The scope of the association has broadened throughout the years with hard work and enthusiasm of the patrons, past presidents, executive committees and member companies who have done an invaluable service to the association.

 “Our objective is to strengthen the family of PPA whilst enhancing their knowledge and finding opportunities for them to enjoy fellowship and amity. We also look forward to implement some social service projects as we believe in serving the humanity “said PPA President Sirimal Fernando.

A health camp, blood donation campaign are some of those activities.The Outdoor Sports Festival was held on 22 and 23 November at Mercantile Cricket Grounds, Colombo. The 25th Annual General Meeting of the PPA will take place in July 2012 and will be followed by Silver Jubilee dinner.
