I will always remember Steve Jobs for a few strong lessons he effectively demonstrated to the business world:

nIn a recessionary era when lower prices were the order of the day, he showed that the customer will be willing to pay a significant premium if you deliver true value.

He did this by investing in design that was truly lifestyle integrated and not just hollow advertising/branding campaigns.
Humility even in the face of stardom-like fame.
