The first batch of participants for the international program on advanced management conducted jointly by Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) and Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) was held in Thailand from 12 to 18 October.
The program dealt with advanced management topics and equipped the participants with advanced management tools and techniques with examples of best practices from the industry and government.
The training program provided the opportunity for the participants to interact with public and private sector management experts in Thailand and to discuss management practices, weaknesses and challenges. The key highlight was the visit of participants to four organisations where they were able to visualise for themselves how these management practices are implemented successfully.
