Allianz Lanka made an exceptional impact at the recently held Great Managers Awards 2022, organised by the esteemed Colombo Leadership Academy (CLA).
The awards were to celebrate and acknowledge leaders who have showcased outstanding skills in achieving business results, aligning organisational vision, fostering team effectiveness, and promoting collaboration.
Allianz Lanka’s team had nine members recognised as award winners across various categories such as “Driving Results and Execution Excellence”, “Aligning Organisational Vision”, and “Team Effectiveness and Collaboration” at the recent event held at the BMICH.
Moreover, Allianz Lanka itself received recognition as a Company with Great Managers for 2022, marking the company’s fifth consecutive reception of this prestigious accolade. This achievement is a testament to Allianz Lanka’s unwavering commitment to nurturing and developing exceptional leaders who drive success and excellence. Over the past five years, Allianz Lanka has had a total of 28 team members recognised with the Great Managers Award, of which 25% are female leaders.
Expressing delight and commending managers who have been personally recognised, Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd. CEO/Country Manager Alan Smee, and Allianz Life Insurance Lanka Ltd. The individuals recognised from Allianz Lanka at the Great Managers Awards 2022 include, Sanath Weerasinghe – for Driving Results and Execution Excellence, Niroshana Ranaweera, Mihiri Liyanage, Manoja Abeygunawardena, Praboda Chulasiri, Gihan Abeywardana, Suran De Silva and Thahara Senanayake – for Aligning Organisational Vision, and Gayani Tharangika – for Team Effectiveness & Collaboration.
