BIMT Campus, recently had their launch for Management Skills Development Program with the collaboration of Chartered Management Institute of UK.
It is aimed to systematically enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of individuals in leadership and managerial roles. The program equips participants with a broad perspective of their role in a developing economy, preparing them to maximise their impact in business, finance, industry, and commerce.

The occasion was also graced by CMI Sri Lanka President Khamya Perera who spoke about the importance of corporate leadership to elevate Sri Lankan economy, industry veterans in the calibre of Maliban Biscuits Manufactories Ltd. Group CEO Ravi Jayawardena where he touched on the role of a corporate leader in the manufacturing industry, and in line to the CMI UK leadership program by Swisstek Aluminum Director/CEO Dr. Tharindu Atapattu.
