Participants of the CMI Sri Lanka Connect event
It was indeed refreshing to see the members of the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI) – UK – Sri Lanka chapter members getting together in sharing their management insights recently. Diverse professionals representing multiple specialties highlighted their managerial success and the key lessons learnt.
It was an enthusiastic project by the Executive committee of the CMI Sri Lanka with the committed involvement of Dr. Thesara Jayewardena, Chaminda Silva, Kamaya Perera, Ninesh Amrithiah, Graham La brooy and others. “We at CMI Sri Lanka are continuing to do so in facilitating the processes of up-skilling, multi-skilling and re-skilling managers enhanced with future-proof competencies. Creating a vibrant network of diverse professionals with management as the common interest with value creating initiatives has always been the focus,” so said CMI Sri Lanka President Prof. Ajantha Dharmasiri briefing on the way forward.
