Udara Kasturiarachchi – TME of the Year – Winner

Eranga Nawaratne – TME of the Year – 1st Runner Up

Inam Ameen – TME of the Year – 2nd Runner Up


Jahn Ferdinandus – Most Outstanding Assistant Manager of the Year

Shanan Cruse – Most Outstanding Executive in SPI, Brands & Business Development

Nadeeshani Karandana – Emerging TME of the Year


Buddima Wickramarathne – Emerging TME of the Year


 

 

The Pinnacle Awards 2021, an annual internal awards night organised by Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC was held recently as a virtual event to celebrate and felicitate marketing employees who have made an exceptional contribution to the company. The Pinnacle Awards recognised the efforts of seven remarkable employees in the trade and distribution category. 

The most sought-after award for the night, the ‘Trade Marketing Executive of the year’ was won by Udara Kasturiarachchi for his outstanding contributions. Jahn Ferdinandus was recognised as the ‘Most Outstanding Assistant Manager of the Year’, while Shanan Cruse won the ‘Most Outstanding Executive in SPI, Brands & Business Development’ Award.

Following these winners, Eranga Nawaratne and Inam Ameen clinched the 1st Runner Up and 2nd Runner Up of ‘Trade Marketing Executive of the year’ respectively. 

This year’s Pinnacle Awards also featured the title of ‘Emerging Trade Marketing Executive of the year’, which was jointly awarded to Buddima Wickramarathne and Nadeeshani Karandana

It was recognised that passion, ambition and dedication are the salient elements which allow the company’s employees to stand bold, act fast and be empowered to take on challenges while always being responsible to deliver with integrity. CTC will continue to invest in the training and development of its employees while recognising and celebrating their achievements.
