Remarking on the achievement, Dr. Edirisinghe said: “As we look back on our journey, I am proud of the impact we have made in healthcare through the dedication of our HR team. We have graduated over 5,000 nurses and organised more than 250 workshops contributing to the development of human capital in the healthcare sector. Our focus on sharing knowledge is clear in the 100+ conferences and research forums we have hosted, all thanks to the commitment of our small but hardworking HR team. Even though we have worked with limited resources, our staff has been the driving force behind our success. Together, we have stayed true to our vision: to transform people, communities, and environments through innovation. None of this would have been possible without the incredible efforts of our HR staff, who truly are the heart of our institution.”
