IOM to collaborate with NHRDC

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Regional Director Dr. Maria Motus on a brief visit to Sri Lanka met with the officials of the National Human Resources Council (NHRDC) of Sri Lanka to explore opportunities for greater collaboration. The IOM the UN migration agency works globally to encourage social and economic development through migration. Ambassador Sarath Dash Chief of Mission Sri Lanka, IOM Expert Shantha Kulesekara, NHRDC Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody and Director Dr. Lalithadheera were associated in the discussions at the IOM office in Colombo.
