Deloitte’s “Art of the Possible” event brought together CxOs, industry leaders, and knowledge experts in people practices to discuss the growing importance of People Analytics in today’s fast-evolving business landscape. 

The event featured a distinguished panel of speakers from Deloitte, including, Deloitte India Partner and Organisation Transformation Offering Leader Saurabh Dwivedi, Deloitte India Partner specialising in Analytics and AI in HR Japneet Kaur, Deloitte Sri Lanka and Maldives Director of Technology and Transformation for Human Capital Upekha Ukuwela, and Deloitte Sri Lanka and Maldives Strategy and Analytics Leader 

Mayura Malagala.

Attendees from diverse sectors including Banking and Finance, Manufacturing, Consumer, Professional Services, Automotive, Travel and Hospitality and Logistics, participated in engaging discussions focused on leveraging People Analytics to enhance workforce decisions and drive business performance. 

The event showcased real-world examples, demonstrating how data-driven insights are used to streamline recruitment processes, implement retention strategies, and enhance employee well-being initiatives. Additionally, Saurabh Dwivedi and Japneet Kaur also discussed how personalised feedback and analytics can foster people growth and development.
