One of the foremost business houses in the country, the Metropolitan Group recently organised an active engagement day for team members of all its subsidiary companies. Having served the business community for more than sixty years, the event was a first of its kind for the Group.
The event which was held at Club Palm Bay Marawila, saw the attendance of a staff force of more than 600 employees. Believing in the ethos of an empowered and engaged workforce, the event was initiated in a bid to reinforce and foster the spirit of team building.
