The MIHCM Asia stall at NHCCE 2024

MIHCM Asia Sdn Bhd showcased its latest AI-powered HR solutions to thousands of people at a key HR conference in Malaysia while also conducting a “MIHCM Asia Connect” event at its KL headquarters in the same week.
MIHCM Asia Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Sri Lankan homegrown company MIHCM Solutions Ltd., which operates in Asia with offices in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
The leading HR tech solutions provider participated in the National Human Capital Conference and Exhibition (NHCCE 2024) from 30 September to 2 October, where MIHCM Asia’s experts showcased how the company’s cutting-edge solutions could turbo boost productivity, deliver unparalleled insights, and transform HR processes.
SmartAssist, SmartInsights Payroll, and Learning Management solutions were at the forefront at the exhibition, while MIHCM’s other key products were also spotlighted.
Held at MITEC Kuala Lumpur, NHCCE 2024, the flagship event by HRD Corp, explored the impact of AI on the future of work and the workforce.
On 3 October, MIHCM showcased its latest Data and AI innovations to key clients and partners at an exclusive “MIHCM Asia Connect” event.
Addressing the gathering, MIHCM Founder/CEO Harsha Purasinghe said: “Thank you for joining us to explore the future of HR with MiHCM today, as we unveil something very exciting for the Malaysian market, showcasing the work of our formidable, Microsoft-certified Data and AI team. Expanding on the Data and AI offerings, the MIHCM CEO emphasised that the world had entered a new era of AI, and that the company’s Data and AI team was more than capable of building solutions to solve complex HR/work issues using AI capabilities.

It was a no-brainer when Microsoft invested $ 10 billion to open AI and gave enterprise-level assurance to ISVs like ours to build and deploy AI applications in a safe and secure manner. We have put in nearly two years of work to build our own data model for the MiHCM platform. This is just the beginning and the whole idea is to turbo boost your productivity and give you the amazing power to have a conversation with your own HR data in a secure, responsible, and ethical manner,” Purasinghe asserted.
In closing, he shared some insights into the exciting roadmap ahead, revealing some of the cutting-edge MiHCM SmartAssist innovations in the pipeline.
