The National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka organised a Leadership and Management Development Program in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in the Philippines for senior public sector officials from 31 March to 6 April in Manila. The program was developed based on a competency framework developed by the NHRDC. Sixteen senior public servants joined the program
