Riding on the success of the inaugural PIM Monthly Montage online discussion series held in December, the team at PIM has put together yet another insightful and power packed online forum for 7 January from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. focused on a timely theme of winning competition via value addition.

At a time that customers are often questioning the value they receive for the money paid and companies are struggling hard to define what exactly is the value they provide to the customer, this forum will help corporate decision makers to define their value provision with better clarity.

As always, the recipe for knowledge sharing success which is the blend of corporate experience and academic excellence is being followed with the panel consisting of Dr. Travis Perera, Suranga Herath and Professor Ajantha Dharmasiri.

Dr. Travis Perera is a Senior Consultant and Member of the Boards of Management and Study at the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, specialising and lecturing in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Development and a plethora of other disciplines.

Suranga Herath, a prestigious product of the PIM MBA program, is the CEO of the English Tea Shop. English Tea Shop is a local organic tea brand that is vivaciously enhancing its presence and footprint across the globe. They work with only the finest organic and fairtrade farmers, blenders and producers from all over the world and most importantly doing so with a social conscience and a support for the community stakeholders as well.

The two panellists will share the tips and tactics on how to differentiate your business and brand in a competitive market and how to emerge a winner in this value driven market landscape.

The session will be moderated by Professor Ajantha Dharmasiri, the Director of PIM. He is a popular faculty member locally and globally across multiple specialisations related to human resource development and leadership. It is under his guidance and direction this PIM Monthly Montage has been initiated.

The event will be live streamed via the PIM Sri Lanka FB page from 6 p.m. onwards on Thursday 7 January.
