PIM faculty at IIM Bangalore – Focus on worldclass learning experience

As the only South Asian Quality Standard (SAQS) accredited Institution in Sri Lanka, as a part of its continuing professional development initiative, the Postgraduate Institute of Management, the business school of Sri Lanka’s largest university, University of Sri Jayewardenepura underwent a special faculty staff development program in the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore India. This included a comprehensive exploration of contemporary teaching and learning practices in the ever-changing high-tech and modern postgraduate and higher education sphere. The program was held over two days and the PIM faculty was resident at IIM Bangalore for the period of the program.
