Hayleys Fentons Team wins Gold at People Development Awards of SLITAD

Hayleys Fentons was honoured with Gold award at the recent People Development Awards (PDA) organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development (SLITAD). This award is a platform to recognise and honour companies that have demonstrated an exceptional dedication to people development across Sri Lankan business enterprises. 

SLITAD aims to draw attention to organisations that prioritise all-encompassing Human Talent Development programs, in accordance with both international and local best practices. 

Hayleys Fentons has achieved the highest recognition in its Construction sector, with companies awarded across 14 diverse sectors also including telecommunications, FMCG, IT, garment industry and manufacturing.
