Sampath Bank partnered with the YouLead! program of the International Executive Service Corps to build capacity and create more entrepreneurship opportunities for the youth of Sri Lanka.
YouLead! is a USAID funded, four-year program implemented by the International Executive Service Corps. The program engages with both the public and private sector to improve the quality and relevance of vocational and technical training. YouLead! also facilitates access to finance and business planning for young entrepreneurs.
