Session on strategies for improving workforce productivity on 7 June

The National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka (NHRDC) together with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CASL), Association of Human Resource Professionals (AHRP) and the International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka, will organise a session on strategies to foster a culture of engagement and boost employee productivity on 7 June at 9:30 a.m. at the Auditorium of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Malalasekara Mawatha, Colombo 7.

Minister of Science, Technology and Research, Skills Development and Vocational Training Dr. Sarath Amunugama will be the Chief Guest. Seelan Singham, a Senior Partner at McKinsey, a co-leader of McKinsey’s Public Sector Practice, and the Chairman of its Malaysian practice with 24 years of experience at McKinsey & Company, will deliver the keynote address. The session will conclude with a panel discussion on how to improve HR practices in the public sector, moderated by NHRDC Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody.
