He specialises in a variety of fields, including Hiring, Leadership Development, Talent Strategy, Culture Development, Technology Implementation and several others. He has extensive experience in HR, having enjoyed a long and distinguished career in several global organisations including McKinsey, Microsoft, Philips, Honeywell and Merrill Lynch, to deliver solutions in diverse areas such as talent strategy, hiring, tech implementation, leadership development, culture development, OD, assessment and L&D.
