Airtel Lanka’s HR practices lauded at HRM Awards 2012

Airtel Lanka was awarded a silver award by the Association of HR Professionals at the recently concluded HRM Awards 2012. At a premier awards ceremony held at the Cinnamon Grand Colombo, Airtel Lanka won this silver award against a contingent of 79 other renowned corporates in the country.



This year’s shortlisted companies were adjudged on areas such as talent supply, leadership and talent management, building capabilities, rewards and recognition and employment relationship etc and winning this accolade brings Airtel Lanka to be amongst the best in terms of its HR practices in Sri Lanka.

The HRM Awards 2012 selected, recognised, and felicitated the best organisations that practice effective HRM methods and techniques both in the private and public sectors.
