Top personality development and corporate etiquette training consultant Nedra Wickremesinghe launches her first public seminar from her new school, Arden Institute, which opened its doors recently at its newly refurbished location at Charles Circus, Colombo 3.
The new seminar to be held at Cinnamon Grand at the end of this month is titled ‘Executive Image’ and focuses on building the professional image of corporate executives whose task is to represent their companies, build business relationships and succeed in the local and international arena.
With contributions from two other well-known corporate speakers, Coca-Cola Sri Lanka Chairman Asoka Wickremesinghe and Bates Strategic Alliance’s Chairman & CEO Nimal Gunewardena the seminar seeks to provide comprehensive view and experience on personal branding, personality development and corporate social interaction.
The course will start with a session on what it takes to become a great professional brand, and then journey through practical training and tips on networking and building professional relationships, projecting a positive personal image, conversing and presenting confidently, making an impact on important clients, and details such as international protocol, business entertainment, professional style and dress codes etc. and close with an experience-laden talk on gaining a cutting-edge advantage in the business world.
“I am delighted to rope in two corporate leaders to open and close my new course on building a successful professional image and high-class social interaction skills for corporate executives, business people and professionals who have to represent their companies overseas or promote their businesses to both local and foreign clients, make an impact, stay remembered and build business.
“I am looking for a mix of male and female participants from companies that believe in the importance of effective representation, confidence and rapport building and proactive business development. Even self-employed business people could benefit from this course” says the Arden’s top coach Nedra.
The full day course includes a sit-down lunch that vividly demonstrates the business entertainment aspect, and provides valuable training material for participant reference. The course is on Thursday 30 October at Cinnamon Grand Hotel’s London Grill. Those who wish to join this limited capacity personalised, interactive learning experience should register early with the Arden Institute calling +94 11 2575762 or +94 777 890060 or enquire from [email protected] or www.ardeninstitute.com.
