The Association of Professional Bankers (APB) recently held an evening program on ‘Essential Negotiation Skills’ presented by Dr. Errol Wirasinghe, renowned author, speaker, consultant and trainer. The program dealt with typical scenarios faced by an individual within an organisation and with customers and sought to provide attendees with a process and set of tools they could use in any given situation.
