A specialised program catering to finance and audit executives, was conducted jointly by the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) and the Kasetsart University, Bangkok, one of the top five universities in Thailand recently.
Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATS) are now deliberated by the audit profession as an essential skill. The participants while learning the conceptual and theoretical aspects of modern audit techniques in the lecture room sessions were also brought into contact with public and private sector, finance and audit experts in Thailand. They were addressed by two partners of Ernst and Young, Thailand, who answered their thought provoking questions. The program was coordinated by PIM Management Consultant Dilhan Goonetilleke.
