BMICH rewards outstanding staff with Quarterly Awards

Recognising and rewarding employees through a formal recognition programme helps improve morale, productivity and has been proven as highly effective in staff engagement.

Understanding its importance, commencing June 2016, the BMICH initiated an employee recognition programme presenting awards for the Best Supervisor and Employee of the Quarter.

K.K.M.S. Karasnagoda, Events Coordinator/Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor was selected as the Best Supervisor while S.D.D.P. Wickramaratne, Garden Aide received his award as the Best Employee.
