Brandix Mercury Asia (Pvt.) Ltd. was recently awarded the Platinum Approved Employer Trainee Development status by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
The Platinum Accreditation is the highest level of award given to employers who meet ACCA’s statements of best practice in all areas of training and development which is comprised of four different accreditation levels covering areas of study support, work experience, supervision, appraisal and workplace development, training records and continuous development of staff. In order to receive accreditation at this level, employers must provide full financial support and be able to demonstrate senior management commitment to the training and development of employees.
The ACCA Approved Employer scheme is a 360 degree solution for recruitment, retention and development of accounting and Finance professionals, who not only come with an in-depth knowledge and skill background, but also deliver to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Brandix Mercury Asia welcomed the accreditation which recognises and validates the experience provided to its associates through a full range of accounting functions ranging from Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Review and Analytics, delivered in an environment practicing international outsourcing standards and norms such as ISO and ISMS (Information Security), providing an opportunity to build their career within one of the fastest growing industries in the country.
