Business Excellence Summit to include Team Excellence Competition for firms, schools

The National Business Excellence Summit on 21 and 22 March organised by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka will include a separate Team Excellence Competition on Saturday, 22 March. Already applications are coming in from organisations for presenting Quality Circles and Quality Improvement Teams and other forms of teams.
Evaluations will be in four separate sections; Quality Circles/ Quality Improvement Teams at non-executive level in manufacturing and service industries, and Quality/Continuous Improvement/other teams in manufacturing and service industries.
Companies could also submit Quality/ Productivity slogans, Posters, as well as Kaizen projects for the competition.
In addition there will be events for schools which include debates, quiz and Quality Circle Presentations.
