The British Government has said that they will charge a deposit of UK Pounds 3,000 from each Sri Lankan who is going to UK from November onwards. This must be looked upon as a “blessing in disguise” and all Sri Lankans must use this wonderful opportunity to now adopt a “Look East” policy and try to do business, go for holidays, obtain training, send kids for tertiary education, etc. in the fast emerging East.
