Certis Lanka rewards employees across the group for achievements

Commercial and industrial security specialists, Certis Lanka Group which offers a myriad of different services and the market leader in manpower security services in Sri Lanka, last week rewarded its employees at a glamorous awards night held at the Grand Ballroom, Hotel Galadari.
This gala event was organised to coincide with the 36th anniversary celebrations of the Certis Lanka Group.
At this event they felicitated their employees across the group for various achievements and contributions to the company while celebrating the significant milestone in completing 36 years of uninterrupted services with the theme, “securing your world”.
The company identified over 30 recipients to be honoured and presented them with glittering trophies and handsome cash rewards. The event was graced by the Chief of Defence Staff, Ministry of Defence Air Chief Marshal Roshan Gunathilaka.
Some of the main award categories were employee of the year, nurse of the year, best security officer of the year, best courier of the year and best driver of the year among others.
Certis Lanka which is an ISO rated company and also a recipient of an international award, ‘The Arch of Europe for Quality’ presented for high standing professionalism demonstrated by prestigious performance, commenced its business with a humble beginning.
The company today boasts of a gigantic workforce of over 7500 personnel and operates island wide serving its customers with state of the art technology and operational expertise from Certis Cisco of Singapore, its joint venture partner.
The annual awards night was another important event of the Certis Lanka Group, whose team is dedicated in the pursuit of continual improvement, maintaining high standards of quality by application of QMS principles and at the same time are extremely mindful of the demands of its clients. The awards night recognised employees who have contributed to the growth of the business during the last financial year.
