The CIMA Students’ Society (popularly known as CIMASS) organised its inaugural CIMA Students’ Spotlight, a glamorous night dedicated towards CIMA students who have performed exemplarily in a multitude of spheres during the year 2016.
The event was held on 22 January at Hilton Residencies. CIMA Students Spotlight recognised winners in the fields of academics, sports and leadership initiatives.
The event was designed to provide the maximum exposure for CIMA Students who are committed towards pursuing their passions in life. CIMA is an extremely versatile qualification and provides students and professionals alike to broaden their career and business options with a robust foundation in driving them towards their goal.
The winners of the CIMA Students Spotlight included Prize Winners in the CIMA Case Study, from Operational Level to Strategic Level in the year 2015/16. The event also recognised exceptional individuals in the spheres of Sport, Corporate Experience, Undergraduates and CSR initiatives all while following the CIMA qualification. The youngest CIMA exam completed student was also recognised during the year.
CIMA Students Spotlight will continue to harness the potential among the CIMA fraternity and bring it to the fore in the years to come. The event has been successful in directing the spotlight towards students who have set the benchmark for young aspiring individuals stepping into a world filled with opportunities. CIMA and initiatives such as CIMA Students Spotlight equip you to take up roles as future leaders in the Corporate World.
