The topic  ‘Manage Your Emotions: Lift Your Life’ assumes added significance as we all live today in an age of personal warming rather than global warming! People across the globe are suffering from mental agony rather than the routine physical rigors of life. Our life is full of stress and depression. To go by recent survey, more than 17% of the global population suffers from minor mental disorders such as depression, anxiety and alcoholism. Against this backdrop, the real challenge is to retain our mental wellness. Mental health or mental wellness is nothing but a state wherein a person is at peace with himself/herself and in harmony with others, that is to say one is able to maintain work-life balance

According to Prof. B.K. Gupta, the best way to lift our life is to follow the time tested principal of ‘Live and Let Live’, besides practicing and promoting intrinsic human values such as love, tolerance, empathy, non-violence and self-discipline. Emotional Intelligence is after all one’s learned ability to think constructively and act wisely.

He is widely respected for motivating and mentoring young and professional minds. In the words of a distinguished scientist of India, Prof. Gupta’s workshop is ‘An experience of life-time’.

The seminar will conclude with a question and answer session where participants will also have an opportunity to discuss practical applications and obtain any clarifications.

Due to limited numbers registration will be on a first come first served basis.

Those who wish to attend should contact Shanthi on 071 4705536 or e-mail: [email protected] on or before 12 May.
