Participants from the service and manufacturing organisations took part actively in this interactive workshop. It gave an opportunity for peer to peer learning and sharing of best practices on EMA in group discussions. The workshop covered environmental challenge, corporate greening, EMA, EMA development strategy and adoption. Key highlights were discussions on how various organisations respond to unique environmental challenges and the use of a holistic approach for environmental management facilitated through EMA. The participants were given insights on challenges and application of a framework to adopt EMA and were guided to the use of EMA systematically that would be a source for competitive advantage when various shareholders, customers and other stakeholders demand better environmental performance.
