‘Conducting job interviews’ in focus at The Knowledge Conglomerate

The Knowledge Conglomerate has announced an executive education program on ‘Conducting Job Interviews’. “Conducting Job interviews can be a nerve-wracking experience for the applicant and a time-consuming exercise for the hiring company. However, they play a key role in determining whether the company and candidate will make an effective match.

As such, the interviewing process provides a great deal of value for the company and candidate alike.” stated Course Director of the program Lasantha Salgado.

The objective of the program is to demonstrate how to get ready for an interview, how to improve your interviewing skills and what criteria you should look in a candidate in order to select the best candidate. The course will cover some of the key areas related conducting job interviews, which includes interview styles, preparation, interviewing skills, conducting a successful interview and role play.
